// 04 · built tools & integrations
AI, built into the software you already run on.
Internal tools, dashboards, and document pipelines that answer from your own data — with citations — and AI dropped straight into your CRM, help desk, and intranet. No new app to learn, no copy-pasting into a chatbot in another tab.
// the problem
Your answers are buried in your own files.
Generic AI doesn't know your products, your policies, or last quarter's contracts — so it guesses, and your team can't trust it. Meanwhile the real knowledge sits scattered across PDFs, wikis, your CRM, and a dozen shared drives, and finding it means asking three colleagues and waiting. The fix isn't another chatbot in a separate tab; it's AI that reads your data, cites its sources, and lives inside the tools you already work in. That's exactly what we build and run for you.
- ! Staff dig through drives and wikis to answer questions you've already answered.
- ! Public AI tools make things up because they've never seen your documents.
- ! Knowledge is locked in PDFs, contracts, and tickets nobody can search.
- ! Every AI lives in its own tab, disconnected from your CRM and help desk.
// what we build
What we build
Mix and match — it's all included in your subscription.
Internal AI tools & dashboards
Private, branded tools your team logs into to ask questions, draft, and look things up — built around your exact workflow, not a generic chat box.
RAG over your documents
We index your files so AI answers from them, not the open internet — and every answer comes with a citation back to the source document.
AI inside your existing software
AI baked directly into your CRM, help desk, and intranet — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack — so it shows up where work already happens.
Document & data pipelines
Automated flows that ingest, clean, and structure contracts, reports, and records so they're searchable and ready for AI to use.
Knowledge base & smart search
A single place to ask plain-English questions across everything — policies, products, past tickets — and get a grounded, sourced answer.
Secure, permission-aware access
Your data stays yours. We respect existing permissions, keep it in your environment where it matters, and never train public models on it.
// how it works
How your data becomes a working tool
- 01
Map your data & the job
On a quick call we find where your knowledge lives, who needs to ask what, and which software it should plug into. You get a clear scope before we build a thing.
- 02
Connect & index
We connect to your documents, drives, and systems with least-privilege access and index them into a private knowledge base — set up so answers always cite their source.
- 03
Build it where you work
We build the tool, dashboard, or in-app assistant and wire it into your CRM, help desk, or intranet — then test it against your real questions and edge cases.
- 04
Ship, tune & hand over
We launch, watch the real answers, and refine retrieval until it's reliable — with documentation and training so your team owns it and nothing depends on us.
// outcomes
What grounded, built-in AI buys you
Illustrative — your results depend on your data and tools.

Frequently asked questions
What is RAG, in plain English? +
RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. Before the AI answers, it retrieves the most relevant passages from your documents and reads them — so the reply is based on your actual files, with a citation, instead of whatever the model half-remembers from the internet.
How do you keep the AI from making things up? +
We ground it in your data and require citations, so every answer points back to a real source you can check. If the documents don't contain the answer, we set it up to say so rather than guess.
Is our data safe? Do you train models on it? +
Your data stays yours and is never used to train public models. We respect your existing permissions, keep data in your environment where it matters, and use providers under enterprise terms that don't train on your inputs.
Can you put AI inside the software we already use? +
Yes — that's the point. We build into HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, your intranet, and your own apps, so AI shows up where your team already works instead of in yet another separate tool.
What if our documents are a mess of PDFs and old files? +
That's the normal starting point. Part of what we do is build the pipelines that clean, extract, and structure messy files — scans, PDFs, spreadsheets — into something searchable and ready for AI to use.
