What does “one active request” mean? +
You can add as many requests to your board as you like; we work through them one (or two, on Growth) at a time. As soon as one ships, we pick up the next.
Can I really pause anytime? +
Yes. If you go quiet for a few weeks, pause your plan and keep the days you haven’t used. Restart whenever you need us — no penalty, no renegotiation.
Do workshops require a subscription? +
No. Workshops can be booked à la carte. Subscribers on Growth and Scale get workshops included or discounted as part of their plan.
What’s your refund policy? +
