Do you offer a trial or guarantee? +
Yes. Try it for two weeks — if we haven’t shipped something you’re glad you paid for, we’ll refund 75% of your first month, no awkward questions.
What size of business do you work with? +
From solo operators and local trades to growing companies of a few hundred people. If your team does repetitive work, there’s an AI win in it.
How it works
What exactly can I request? +
Automations, custom GPTs and agents, chatbots, internal tools, document and data (RAG) pipelines, integrations, plus team training and strategy. If you’re unsure it’s possible, ask.
How fast do things ship? +
Most requests ship in a few days; larger builds in one to two weeks. You’ll always know the timeline before we start, and you can track progress on your board.
How many requests can I have? +
Add as many as you like. We actively work one at a time on Starter, two at a time on Growth, and several concurrently on Scale. The moment one ships, we pick up the next.
What if I don’t like a deliverable? +
We revise until it’s right — revisions are unlimited and included. The goal is something your team will actually use.
Tools & technical
Do you work with our existing tools? +
Yes. We build on top of your stack — CRM, help desk, docs, spreadsheets, e-commerce platform, and automation tools like Make, n8n, and Zapier. No rip-and-replace.
Which AI models do you use? +
Whichever fits the job and your policies — typically OpenAI and Anthropic, plus open models where it makes sense. We’re model-agnostic and optimise for accuracy, cost, and privacy.
We have no technical team — is that a problem? +
Not at all. We do the building and train your non-technical staff to run and maintain it, with documentation and recordings so nothing depends on us.
Security & data
Is our data used to train AI models? +
No. We use enterprise, no-training endpoints, so your data is never used to train public models. Your information stays yours.
How do you handle access and security? +
We agree on scope, access, and data handling before any build, follow your security policies, and use least-privilege access. We can sign an NDA and DPA on request.
Pricing & commitment
How much does it cost? +

Can I pause or cancel? +
Anytime. Pause when you’re heads-down and keep your unused days; cancel whenever with no penalty. No long contracts, ever.
Who owns what you build? +
You own the final deliverables we create for you once paid, except our pre-existing tools and third-party components, which keep their own licenses.
