This Privacy Policy explains how Intelligie LLC (“Intelligie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit intelligie.com (the “Site”), book a call, or use our services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and anything you include when you book a call, email us, subscribe, or share materials so we can do the work (which may include your business data, documents, and account access).
Information we collect automatically — when you use the Site we and our providers may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data via cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Information from third parties — such as analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta), our scheduling and CRM tools, and payment processors.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services and respond to your requests;
- To schedule and conduct calls, deliver work, and provide support;
- To process payments and manage your subscription;
- To send service messages and, where permitted, marketing (you can opt out anytime);
- To measure and improve our marketing, including advertising on Google and Meta;
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: consent (e.g., non-essential cookies, marketing); performance of a contract (to deliver the Services); legitimate interests (to run and improve our business, secure our Site); and legal obligation.

- Legal & safety — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and our Services;

We may process and store information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
